If this sounds familiar, you know that sometimes bringing your vehicle to an auto repair shop for an appointment with auto mechanics can be a hassle. However, at Advanced European Repair in Franklin, MA, we ensure your experience with us is seamless, which is why we offer free courtesy vehicles. Your busy day can go off without a hitch.
We have multiple courtesy vehicles available, including a Land Rover and a VW Passat. If you are interested in using a free courtesy vehicle, please let us know when scheduling your service so we can make sure one is available for you.
You will be sent a reservation form via a text link. You will be asked to take a picture of your driver’s license and enter information from your license. Please enter the name of your vehicle insurance; you do not need to enter your policy number. Entering all your driver’s license information on the texted form will help ensure the pickup process goes quickly for you.
Pick up and drop offs are typically between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. Please refuel the courtesy vehicle prior to returning it. No pets and no smoking are allowed in vehicle.
